In keeping with my goal of seeing the twins every month, I took my third trip back to Vail the first week of April to see the 3 month-old twins. This time I got to stay for a week and really get to know them; hopefully they'll remember me till the next visit. What fun! Even the 4 a.m. feeding shifts that I got were a pleasure. The babes are growing and before long they'll be up and running around causing all sorts of excitement. Knowing that Steve and Tina's home wasn't designed for two toddlers, they bought a new house while I was there. Now they get to sell the one they're in -- can you imagine keeping a house with twin babies clean for real estate showings? They will probably move to the new house sometime in the summer. It will be great!

The twins also have to look forward to their first airplane ride as they will be traveling to Chicago on Mother's Day weekend. Of course all of us will travel there too to log in more baby time. Sophie Elizabeth and Lauren Ruth will also get to meet their two great grandmothers, Ruth (Steve's grandmother) and Sophia (Tina's grandmother) during that time. (Buy Kodak stock!)
